- One of Vietnam's largest investment fund managers / 3,500MW Offshore Wind — Advised on investment into a two-phase, 3,500MW offshore wind power generation project in Binh Thuan province — one of Vietnam's largest offshore wind developments.
- One of Vietnam's largest investment fund managers / French Renewable Energy JV (Onshore Wind, Dak Lak & Gia Lai) — Advised on a large-scale long-term JV with a major French renewable energy company to establish a platform for ongoing onshore wind investments in Vietnam.
- Sowitec / Sale of 550MW Wind & Solar Pipeline to Iberdrola — Advised Sowitec on the sale of a 550MW development pipeline of wind and solar projects in Vietnam to Iberdrola, a global energy major.
- Chesterfield Solar / Bank SinoPac — USD10M Project Financing — Advised the borrower on a USD10M project financing facility from Bank SinoPac for a solar power project in Quang Ngai Province.
- SEACEF II / Clime Capital — Ampotech Series A (AI-driven IoT energy efficiency) — Advised Clime Capital on its convertible loan and Series A investment into Ampotech, an AI-driven IoT developer focused on energy efficiency in Vietnam and Singapore.
- CGIF / ADB — TTC Energy Rooftop Solar Programme — Advised ADB on a multi-million dollar financing package to TTC Energy Joint Stock Company for developing a large-scale rooftop solar programme.
- CNTY / Hanoi Tianying — 75MW Waste-to-Energy (USD195M + USD200M) — Advised the borrower on a USD195M term facility from China Minsheng Banking, Banco Santander, and Standard Chartered, and a separate USD200M term facility from Deutsche Bank, to fund construction of a 75MW waste-to-energy power station in Hanoi.
- Stride Solar — Series A (USD3.5M) from UOBVM-led Investors — Advised Stride Renewables on its USD3.5M Series A investment structured as convertible preference shares at the Singapore holding company level, with underlying rooftop solar assets in Vietnam.
