Ms. Li joined Gaopeng & Partners as a senior partner in January 2024 and became a partner at Beijing Zhonglun W&D Law Firm since January 2021. Before being a partner, Ms. Li used to work as a lawyer at well-known law firms at home and abroad, including King & Wood Mallesons Law Firm, Beijing Representative Office of Australian LINTANG&CO. LAWYERS, and Beijing Grandall Law Firm. She also served as the head of risk control department of the PE fund management company under SINOMACH Group and the legal director of CreditEase PE FOF Investment.
