Kajal Tandon is a Counsel at DMD Advocates and works with the corporate team. She has more than 10 years of experience in providing end-to-end advisory to various domestic and foreign clients on acquisition transactions, joint ventures, business transfers etc. She has led due diligences, drafted and negotiated transaction documents and assisted in transaction closing and post-closing compliances.

Kajal also advises on regulatory and compliance matters in accordance with the company laws, exchange control regulations, employment laws and other business specific laws.

Prior to DMD Advocates, she worked with Lumiere Law Partners and Alpha Partners. She earned her LL.B. from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
