Divay Rastogi is a Counsel at DMD Advocates and works with the corporate team.

He has more than 10 years of experience in providing advisory services to various domestic and offshore clients on acquisitions, investment in securities, business transfers, asset transfers, joint venture arrangements etc. He has also advised listed entities for catering towards their regulatory and compliance related requirements under Indian securities laws. He has also advised high net worth individual(s) in their estate planning by setting up family trusts or individual private trusts and has also briefly worked on various scheme of amalgamations and arrangement between domestic entities undertaken through the court approval route.

Divay has advised clients on structuring and setting-up businesses in India through master franchisee models and also advises clients on other general corporate matters from a regulatory and governance perspective.

Prior to DMD Advocates, he worked with Argus Partners and Malvi Ranchoddas & Co. He earned his LL.B. from ILS Law College, Pune in 2013.
