Nikhita Suri is an Associate Partner at the Firm and works in the Dispute Resolution & Litigation Group of the Firm. She has over 10 years of experience. Her key areas of practice include Civil and Commercial litigation and arbitrations. She has vast experience in advising and representing clients across various sectors before forums including the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, District Courts, Tribunals and Regulatory Authorities.
Prior to DMD Advocates, she worked under the tutelage of Ms. Pratibha M. Singh, Senior Advocate, where she honed her skills in intellectual property laws. She earned her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity Law School, Delhi, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2013 and is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi.
