Chaitanya Kaushik is an Associate Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice at DMD Advocates, with over 9 years of experience in the field.

Chaitanya has extensive experience in several high-profile domestic and international arbitrations, as well as civil and commercial litigation across various sectors. He has regularly represented clients at the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, quasi-judicial bodies, and in various arbitrations. He also assists his clients in formulating strategies for effective litigation management and conflict resolution.

A graduate of the National Law University, Jodhpur, with a Master's in law from the University of California, Berkeley, he has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and the Delhi High Court Bar Association since 2014.
