Ayesha is a corporate finance lawyer with more than 15 years of experience. She regularly advises commercial airlines, scheduled and non-scheduled operators, lessors, financiers, owners, maintenance, and repair organizations. Her expertise spans various facets of aviation law, encompassing aircraft financing, sale-purchase transactions, aircraft/helicopter/engine leasing (operating and financial), technical & commercial contracts, etc. She also advises clients on various regulatory matters affecting the aviation industry in India. She has been recognized by the likes of Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 for her expertise.

In addition to her specialization in aviation, Ayesha advises on domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions and corporate commercial matters, including foreign exchange regulations, corporate restructuring, investments, joint ventures, leasing and financing arrangements, family trust documentation, and corporate governance.
