Rupak Saha is a Senior Director at DMD Advocates. As a former Senior Tax and Regulatory Partner at PwC India and Tax Leader of GE India, he has more than 25 years of experience, including in the following areas:

Over the course of his career, Rupak has serviced major multinational companies from a range of industries, including manufacturing, infrastructure, and financial services. He has worked closely with CFOs, General Counsels and other senior business stakeholders’ addressing diverse tax and regulatory driven issues. Rupak has also taken lead in areas of policy advocacy on behalf of employers and clients engaging with relevant regulatory and government bodies. He has periodically been invited to speak on various tax issues in public forums and share his expertise with other industry leaders.
