Hong Long is the Domestic Patent Officer at AFD China, leading the domestic patent group of AFD China. He mainly handles and directs, with his considerable professional experience, domestic patent prosecution, post-grant proceedings and litigation. His IP practice spans various industries, including electronic engineering, electrical engineering, computer technology, telecommunication, control systems, digital, and analog technologies, automation and more.

For more than twenty years, Hong has been committed to working in collaboration with other officers and directors at AFD China, leading the team to provide high-quality services to clients. His knowledge and ability in the industry and professional fields have been recognised by clients. By virtue of his outstanding professional performance, he was honored as Excellent Patent Attorney 2019 by the Beijing Patent Attorneys Association. Several patent applications he handled were awarded China Patent Gold Award and Excellence Award. Hong has also been honored as IP Star by Managing IP.
