Christina has practised for over 12 years in corporate insolvency litigation and general commercial disputes. She has extensive experience advising and representing liquidators, administrators, receivers, and other stakeholders in complex insolvency matters and commercial litigation across a range of industries, including retail, mining, construction, energy, and financial services. Christina represents clients in the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and all levels of the Victorian court system.

The overriding principle guiding Christina’s approach is to develop a deep understanding of her client’s objectives with a dedicated focus on early dispute resolution.  She achieves this by employing innovative procedural and commercial strategies that reduce the financial and emotional toll of litigation.
