Associate

I am an associate in our London Privacy and Data Protection team. I work closely with a wide variety of organisations addressing a broad range of data protection and e-privacy issues.

My work covers all aspects of data protection law, including advice on data subject rights requests, data transfers, privacy notices, policies and procedures, data protection impact assessments, data processing and data sharing agreements and data breach incidents. I also advise on EU/UK GDPR compliance programs, data protection considerations in commercial agreements as well as ad-tech compliance. I assist clients by guiding them through data protection considerations that often arise in in the context of mergers and acquisitions, including integration projects and the impact of corporate mergers on marketing consents internationally.

I have worked with businesses in a wide array of sectors. These include media, entertainment and sport, retail and consumer, financial services as well as technology. I also have a particular interest in the life sciences, namely healthcare, given my chemistry background.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird I spent two years in-house working in the music licensing sector. This involved preparing and rolling out a GDPR implementation programme, broader compliance projects and dealing with data subject rights requests.
