Legal Director

I am a Legal Director in our Privacy & Data Protection Group in London with over 11 years' experience in the data protection and privacy space.

I advise our international and UK clients on matters related to GDPR and e-privacy. I have a particular focus on advising financial services clients, including payment companies, banks and asset management firms.

My work includes drafting privacy and cookies policies, drafting and negotiating processor and joint controller agreements, advising on the relationship between data protection laws and payment regulations, providing advice on how to handle data subject rights, assessing direct marketing strategies, providing advice on employee monitoring programmes, drafting data retention policies and structuring international data transfer arrangements (including Binding Corporate Rules).

I have also spent time on secondment at organisations in different industries, including payments and financial services, media, telecommunications and gambling.

I am CIPP/E certified.
