Associate

I am an associate in our London-based Privacy & Data Protection team. I advise UK and international clients on technology, data protection and privacy issues.

I work in all aspects of data protection law, including coordinating multijurisdictional compliance projects, creating data protection policies and data processing agreements and reviewing the data related aspects of commercial agreements. I also provide advice on regulations around direct marketing and cookies, as well as helping clients with individual rights requests and cybersecurity incidents. My practice further includes advising on regulatory enforcement, international data transfer issues and assisting with privacy considerations in an M&A context.

I advise clients across diverse sectors including technology, life sciences, healthcare, entertainment, retail, and telecommunications.

Before training as a solicitor at Bird & Bird, I held a data protection role at a public sector organisation, following previous experience in the scientific publishing industry.
