I lead projects and negotiations to completion in private M&A transactions, development projects, corporate management, business transformations and strategic partnerships.

Focusing mainly on the Energy, Utilities and Infrastructure sector with a special interest in leveraging and capitalising on new technology, I help industrial and institutional investors, project developers, public sector actors and entrepreneurs reach their strategic goals throughout the investment life cycle.

I have extensive experience from cross-border transactions as well as designing, negotiating and managing complex contracts and relationships - especially in the fields of infrastructure development and management, power production & grids, IT/ software/digitalisation, rail/transport, automotive, manufacturing, distribution, sourcing and wood industries.

Having been a management consultant with UK firm PA Consulting Group, I understand the business perspective and excel at breaking down complex issues and managing stakeholders. I am certified as both a PRINCE2 and SAFe Agilist project manager.
