With more than 20 years of experience within the M&A space, I have worked with a broad range of industries helping both private equity and industrial players carrying out successful purchases and sales.

I have experience working in Finland, Sweden and Denmark and I am fluent in all of the Nordic languages - the Nordics is my true home market. I work extensively in M&A helping private equity investors and industrial companies across the entire region, both in cross-border and national transactions and in complex restructurings of large industrial companies. Clients find me solution-oriented and appreciate my negotiation and project management skills that help to bring the transactions to a successful completion. My support does not stop at the closing of the deal, but continues for the entire life of the investment.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked for a leading Nordic law firm in Helsinki before relocating to Stockholm in 2006. I've also spent time on secondment in Copenhagen, Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius.
