Dispute Resolution and Public Procurement

Paulina works as a Counsel in Bird & Bird's Dispute Resolution and Public Procurement teams in Poland.

Paulina has been advising clients on public procurement law and the implementation of infrastructure and construction projects, supporting them at all stages of the investment process – from preparing and conducting procurement procedures, through contract negotiation and performance, to dispute resolution.

She has extensive experience advising on projects in the infrastructure, transport, energy and public sectors, with particular expertise in FIDIC contract conditions, claims management and contractual liability. She represents clients before the National Appeal Chamber and the ordinary courts, acting for both public bodies and private contractors and developers on complex infrastructure projects.

Paulina is the author of publications on public procurement law and construction contracts, and a lecturer at Kozminski University. She also serves as Vice-Chair of the Public Procurement Law Section at the Warsaw Bar Council and regularly participates in industry initiatives relating to the infrastructure and investment markets.
