I am a Counsel in the Finance & Financial Regulation department of the Milan office. I specialize in banking and finance law and project finance.

I have worked extensively on high-profile domestic and cross-border finance projects, assisting both major investment banks and operators in both financing and project documentation.

I have been involved in several market firsts in both the energy and infrastructure sectors. I also regularly participate in financing transactions backed by CDP, EIB and SACE guarantees. My expertise also extends to initiatives in the sports sector.

Moreover, my area of expertise includes the acquisition of companies, handling the drafting and negotiation of share purchase agreements.
