Ádám is a counsel in the Data Protection and TMT teams of the Budapest office, also co-heading the TMT practice. He advises businesses on how to solve their legal problems relating to information technology.

He aims to use his understanding of the IT industry to serve their clients effectively. He has extensive experience in IT related commercial, intellectual property and data protection matters.

Over the years, he has developed particular experience in assisting businesses with handling cross-border technology related legal issues. He also regularly works with his international colleagues, drawing on their experience and skills to offer a great service to their clients.

He has advised clients on high value IT related transactions, SaaS deals, complex cloud infrastructure contracts, and ERP agreements. He also regularly advises on data protection matters, including cross-border data transfer structures.

He has also gathered extensive experience in helping fast growing technology companies setting up and managing their day to day legal operations. In particular he helped companies in creating their SaaS contract templates, vendor review processes and compliance strategies in relation to data.
