Barnabás is a dual-qualified English and Hungarian Counsel in the Corporate/M&A team of the Budapest office, where he leverages his experience to advise clients ranging from multinational corporations to private equity funds on strategic cross-border transactions.

His practice encompasses a broad range of complex corporate transactions and private equity deals across diverse industry sectors, including financial services, technology, energy, pharmaceuticals, and defence. He has extensive experience advising clients on transactions spanning various jurisdictions, bringing deep expertise in navigating the commercial and transactional complexities of cross-border deals.

His cross-border transaction expertise has equipped him with the ability to navigate complex multi-jurisdictional legal frameworks and collaborate effectively with diverse international teams, ensuring seamless execution of sophisticated corporate deals.

He also has substantial experience in private equity and venture capital fund formation in major European jurisdictions, including representing institutional investors in fund investments and co-investments.
