She is regularly engaged by industry associations and presents at conferences on IP, privacy and franchising.
Bronwyn advises on intellectual property commercialisation and enforcement, privacy compliance, franchising, competition and consumer law, and regulatory matters. Her practice spans both contentious and non-contentious work, including IP disputes, privacy risk management, franchise establishment and competition compliance.
Bronwyn's practice traverses multiple regulated sectors, including health, financial services and higher education, requiring application of sector-specific regulatory frameworks alongside IP and competition law.
