David advises major employers across a range of industries including manufacturing, mining, financial services, government, health, aged care and retail. He assists boards, CEOs, legal counsel, human resources and workers’ compensation executives.

David advises on the full range of employment law matters, including employment contracts, statutory compliance, modern award compliance, enterprise agreement negotiation and making, bullying and harassment, termination of employment and industrial relations. He has represented clients on leading cases in these areas. He also conducts training on employment-related matters and has lectured in employment law at the University of Western Sydney and the University of Technology, Sydney.

David has more than 20 years of experience and has acted on some of Australia’s leading cases on bullying and harassment, termination of employment and industrial relations. His client base includes major national organisations operating across multiple jurisdictions and sectors.

David combines technical depth with an ability to quickly identify the core employment issue and advise across all levels of an organisation, from boards to HR managers. His experience as a lecturer gives him high-level training and communication skills.
