He advises on project implementation, management and claims strategy, and on related insolvency, employment & workplace and insurance matters. In dispute resolution, he acts in arbitration, court, expert determination, mediation and adjudication proceedings across multiple jurisdictions.

Lee’s matters span major resources, energy, defence, healthcare and development projects. His experience includes the construction of mining process infrastructure, naval vessels, private and public hospitals, renewable energy facilities, industrial projects, mixed use and purpose built student accommodation projects and public infrastructure including roads. He advises on front end matters (including the preparation of full suites of contracts) and in complex disputes involving alternative dispute resolution or court litigation.

Lee’s practice covers the complete project lifecycle across an unusually broad range of sectors, giving him a considered understanding of how front-end risk allocation translates into dispute exposure.
