Justin acts for international and national corporate clients, government agencies, institutional developers, private developers, funds and investors on high-complexity property transactions. His clients include Infrastructure NSW, Transport for NSW, Dexus, Canon Australia, MAAS Group Holdings, Nido Early Learning Centres, Nuveen, COR Partners and major institutional property groups operating across NSW and nationally.
Justin advises on the acquisition, development structuring and implementation of major mixed-use and urban renewal projects. His work covers legal framework and transaction document implementation for precincts, major tenant and stream leasing, house and land development and sales, joint venture structuring, funding and profit share arrangements, student accommodation developments and compulsory acquisition strategies.
Justin leads on State Significant Developments involving multiple government stakeholders, complex overlapping interests and tight delivery timeframes. His matters include the Central Barangaroo being a mixed-use precinct development and The Cutaway underground pedestrian and cultural project at Barangaroo, both for Infrastructure NSW. He also advises on purpose-built student accommodation, major tenant and stream leasing, acquisitions and disposals, house and land development and sales and multi-party projects including funding and profit share arrangements.
Justin manages the interface between private development intent, probity and government delivery, including negotiated commercial outcomes and compulsory acquisition strategies across multiple NSW Government agencies and local councils. His practice spans city-shaping precinct developments that require coordinated stakeholder management at scale.
