Arj acts for clubs, hotels, operators, sporting bodies, industry associations, investors and other commercial participants in the hospitality, leisure and gaming sector on corporate advisory and transactional matters. His clients include organisations requiring specialist corporate law advice in the context of board governance, commercial rights, transactions (including M&A) and strategic arrangements.

Arj advises on corporate structuring and governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and joint venture arrangements for hospitality and leisure sector clients. His corporate advisory work covers directors’ duties, board governance, shareholder arrangements, commercial contracting and compliance. He advises on the structuring of sponsorship, licensing, broadcast rights and commercial partnership arrangements within the sector.
