Michael advises on mergers and acquisitions (public and private), equity capital raisings, reconstructions, risk management, due diligence, general commercial, corporate and intellectual property law. He advises both bidders and targets in hostile and friendly takeovers and on schemes of arrangement for reconstructions and mergers. He has extensive experience negotiating joint venture arrangements for major projects and advises on Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules compliance.

Michael led the BMC Minerals A$100 million IPO and ASX admission for a Canadian-focused mineral exploration company with a market capitalisation of approximately A$550 million on admission, navigating cross-jurisdictional JORC Code alignment, ASX and ASIC disclosure standards and Canadian regulatory considerations. He has led multiple other capital markets and M&A transactions for listed resources companies across Western Australia.
