Pranav Srivastava is a Partner at Phoenix Legal, based in the firm’s New Delhi office. He advises on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on strategic and high-value mandates across all sectors of the economy including regulated sectors such as FinTech, life sciences, F&B, healthcare, infrastructure, power, oil and gas, and EPC/construction.

Pranav has extensive experience in both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. He regularly acts for leading sovereign wealth funds, global private equity firms, and some of the largest Indian and multinational corporations on complex transactions. In addition to advising on inbound investments, Pranav also extensively advises Indian companies on outbound transactions. He has worked on outbound deals involving jurisdictions across South Asia, other parts of Asia, the Middle East, the Americas, Europe, Australia, and Africa.

He also advises on procurement strategies, contractor appointments, bid process management, and the drafting and negotiation of large-scale commercial and infrastructure/ project contracts. His work is defined by a strong commercial orientation and a deep understanding of regulatory and sector-specific dynamics, enabling clients to navigate complexity with clarity and precision.
