Shivani, a partner based in the Delhi office of Phoenix Legal, is primarily involved in the restructuring and insolvency, banking and finance, structured finance and corporate practices of the firm. She regularly advises a diverse clientele which includes insolvency professionals, insolvency professionals entities, lenders, joint lenders forum, bidders etc. in distressed assets space and Indian and foreign banks and financial institutions, investors, arrangers, and companies/conglomerates on a wide range of financing matters including cross border financings, structured finance, plain and syndicated rupee term loans, ECB facilities, ODI facilities, project finance, acquisition financing, real estate finance, and securitization transactions. She also does court/MCA approved schemes of amalgamations/arrangements and handles contentious matters related to her practice areas.

Prior to joining Phoenix Legal, Shivani was a partner with Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India and in past has also worked with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., Link Legal, and Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co.
