Ashima is a partner with the Mumbai office of Phoenix Legal and her areas of practice include private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate advisory including Company law, SEBI, and foreign exchange-related advisory. Ashima has been advising domestic and multinational companies, venture capital funds, and start-ups in diverse sectors ranging from fintech, ed-tech, agritech, SAAS, e-commerce (B2C and B2B), manufacturing, insurance, real estate, media and telecommunications, sports, food and beverages, etc.
