Kripi Kathuria is a Partner with the New Delhi office of Phoenix Legal. With over 12 years of experience, she is a core member of the corporate practice group of the firm and focuses on foreign direct investments, M&As, joint ventures, restructuring, general corporate and commercial matters.

Kripi has been engaged in advising foreign investors and multinational corporations on legal issues relating to financial and strategic investments, M&A, joint venture transactions and various related aspects of Indian commercial and company law across diverse sectors including automotive, food & beverage, e-commerce, healthcare, information technology, insurance, and manufacturing.

As part of her practice, Kripi regularly advises her clients on range of issues involving foreign exchange laws, labour and employment, competition law, data privacy and protection of personal information and corporate governance. She also has significant experience in advising renowned foreign companies in establishing presence in India and providing continuous support to them in their day-to-day operations.
