Aman is a Partner in the Delhi office of Phoenix Legal, with close to 16 years of experience in advisory and dispute resolution. He represents clients across diverse sectors before courts throughout India, including the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and trial courts, handling a broad spectrum of complex legal issues.

He has significant experience appearing before specialized forums such as Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT), as well as in related appellate and ancillary proceedings. Aman regularly advises and represents parties in both ad hoc and institutional arbitrations, and in connected court proceedings concerning interim relief, appointment of arbitrators, and enforcement of arbitral awards.

He also represents and defends clients in criminal proceedings initiated by the State Police and investigative agencies such as the Enforcement Directorate (ED), the Economic Offences Wing (EOW), and the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO), having successfully assisted clients at various stages of investigation and prosecution. His principal areas of practice include arbitration, commercial and regulatory litigation, internal investigations, and white-collar crime.wards.
