Gaurav is a Partner at Phoenix Legal, New Delhi, with around 17 years of experience in disputes and litigation. He represents multinational and Indian corporates in domestic and international arbitration, construction and infrastructure disputes, electricity and regulatory matters, financial services, constitutional challenges, and environmental litigation. He has handled complex arbitrations arising from major infrastructure projects, including power plants, transmission lines, pipelines, railways, and townships, advising clients from the pre-dispute stage through arbitral proceedings and post-award challenges. He also advises stakeholders in the energy sector on tariff disputes, change in law claims, PPA termination, and related regulatory proceedings.
