Mehul started his career at the Firm as a part of the Capital Markets and Securities Law practice. He advises clients on fund raising, regulatory issues, listing and general compliance for listed companies, and appearing in litigious mandates before the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SA). His experience extends to advice and representations in matters pertaining to takeovers, prevention of fraudulent practices, insider trading, and obtaining registrations from SEBI.

Mehul is recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ lawyer for Capital Markets by IFLR1000 and clients have lauded him as bringing “a very diligent, proactive, pre-emptive approach to matters.
