Career

Tiffany is a Bar Scholar. She has a broad civil and commercial practice, regularly acting in company and insolvency matters and asset recovery, property, trusts, intellectual property, defamation and family cases. She frequently appears as sole advocate and has appeared in the Court of Appeal in her own right. She also acts as a led junior in prominent cases. She is developing an active arbitration practice.

Tiffany has acted for and against domestic and multinational clients across sectors including banking and financial services, e‑commerce, real estate, construction, education, entertainment and aviation.

She has acted in major restructuring and winding-up matters including disputes concerning Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Limited’s restructuring scheme, the winding-up of Logan Group’s two wholly-owned subsidiaries and the winding-up of China South City Holdings Limited. She has also acted in disputes relating to the liquidations of China Evergrande Group, Founder Information (Hong Kong) Limited, Hong Kong JHC Co Limited and Hsin Chong Group Holdings Limited, and in disputes arising from Tsinghua University Unigroup’s keepwell bond default, Shenzhen SEZ Construction and Development Group Co. Ltd’s keepwell bond default and Carnival Group’s bond default.

Tiffany was appointed by the Chief Justice to sit as a Deputy Adjudicator at the Small Claims Tribunal in 2024. She has been named a Rising Star for commercial disputes in the Legal 500 Asia Pacific: Hong Kong Bar guide and is recognised as a Recommended Junior Counsel in Doyle’s Guide’s 2026 listing of Leading Hong Kong Maritime, Shipping & Transport Law Barristers.

Before joining chambers, Tiffany read Jurisprudence at the University of Oxford, graduating in 2015 with First Class Honours and first class results in contract, tort, company, family, administrative and EU law. She obtained a Distinction in the BCL at Oxford in 2017, with distinctions in intellectual property and family law.

Tiffany speaks English, Cantonese and Putonghua at a native level.
