Sabrina was called to the Hong Kong Bar in 2009. She was qualified as a GBA Lawyer in 2023. She practises in all areas of civil work, with an emphasis on commercial, company, trust, probate and insurance law.

Sabrina appears regularly as counsel in complex cross-border commercial litigations and arbitrations and in high-value contentious trust and probate disputes. Fluent in Mandarin and written Chinese, Sabrina has extensive experience in handling disputes involving Chinese Mainland corporations and individuals.

Sabrina has been consistently recognised by legal directories including Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, which described her as “a skilful advocate” and “very quick, very responsive and very insightful”. She has also been commended for her “skilful cross-examination”.

Sabrina acts as an arbitrator of various arbitral institutions. She is a member of the List of Arbitrators of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, the Panel of Arbitrators of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, the List of Arbitrators of the Tianjin Arbitration Commission and the Panel of Arbitrators of AALCO Hong Kong Regional Arbitration Centre.

She has served as a Deputy High Court Judge (Non-refoulement Claims), a Temporary Deputy Registrar of the High Court and a Deputy District Judge.

She is a member of the Hong Kong Election Committee. She is the Chairman of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Appeal Board and the Process Review Panel for the Insurance Authority. She is a Deputy Chairman of the Board of Review (Inland Revenue Ordinance) and a member of the Competition Commission. She is a Council Member and the Vice-Chairman of the Standing Committee on Mainland Affairs of the Hong Kong Bar Association.

Represented a member in a high-net-worth family in removing the executor and appointing an independent administrator to the estate of her deceased husband: see Tjiang Giok Moy v Ang Jimmy Tjun Min, Executor of the estate of Ang Tiong Loi, deceased & Ang Eileen [2023] HKCFI 3120; Represented a shareholder in a series of unfair prejudice petitions concerning companies which ultimately hold a landed property in Hong Kong valued at around HK$900 million1: see Leung Yuet Keung v Harbour Front Ltd & Anor [2024] 3 HKLRD 299; Represented a Chinese Mainland company in a commercial litigation in respect of an over HK$200 million dispute concerning allegations of fraudulent misrepresentation: see e.g. Beijing Songxianghu Architectural Decoration Engineering co., Ltd v. Kitty Kam also known as Wang Yu Zhi [2025] HKCA 11342; [2023] HKCFI 159; Represented the plaintiff in obtaining an injunction restraining the disposal of 140 million shares in a Hong Kong listed company: see Yingheng Co Ltd v Sang Kangqiao [2025] HKCFI 5506; Represented a Chinese Mainland individual against a Hong Kong securities brokerage firm concerning bonds acquired by him in relation to his application under the Capital Investment Entrant Scheme: see Zhang Xiaochen v PC Securities Limited [2026] HKCFI 1975; Represented the applicant in a set aside proceedings of Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration arbitral awards of over RMB 80 million: see A v. R1 & R2 [2024] HKCFI 1511; Represented a Chinese Mainland individual in a high-value arbitration under the ICC Rules concerning a shareholders’ agreement (2024); and Represented a Chinese Mainland company in an arbitration under the ICC Rules in respect of an over US$10 million contractual dispute (2026).
