Rachel's practice focuses on corporate and commercial work and capital markets transactions. She has developed particular experience in initial public offerings, advising on both Malaysian listings on Bursa Malaysia and US-listed transactions, which has given her a working familiarity with the regulatory and disclosure requirements of both markets.

She is valued for the way she keeps complex, time-sensitive transactions on track, managing competing demands without letting precision slip.
