Chang Yang engages in a multi-faceted portfolio of legal practice comprising corporate, litigation and conveyancing. He focuses on regulatory compliance for corporate exercises undertaken by listed companies, and contractual drafting for public acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures including engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning projects.

He has appeared in court for corporate clients in cases relating to debt recovery, breach of contract, insolvency and defamation. For individual clients, he acts and renders advice in matters pertaining to bankruptcy, probate and administration, matrimonial disputes as well as sale and purchase of property. He is also well-versed in retail and commercial tenancy agreements.
