Chang Yang maintains a broad practice across corporate, litigation, and conveyancing. On the corporate side, he focuses on regulatory compliance for the corporate exercises of listed companies and on contractual drafting for public acquisitions, private equity investments, and joint ventures, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning projects.

His litigation experience includes acting for corporate clients in debt recovery, breach of contract, insolvency, and defamation matters. For individual clients, he advises on bankruptcy, probate and administration, matrimonial disputes, and the sale and purchase of property, and he is well versed in retail and commercial tenancy agreements.

He is known for a hands-on, rigorous approach, with a strong eye for risk and a habit of working a matter through in detail before committing to a course of action.
