Lip Jin was in the stockbroking industry for four years in Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur before proceeding with his Bar Vocational Course in London. Throughout his career, he gained invaluable experience by handling a wide range of corporate matters mostly with merchant banks and public listed companies.

Lip Jin’s scope of experience includes advising on securities industry law, local and foreign joint ventures, technical assistance agreements and intellectual property work.

Lip Jin is mainly in charge of the conveyancing department in our firm and has handled a wide range of property projects from high-end developers to advisory on the Mid Valley City and the Gardens Management as well as other niche developments.
