Ee Leng brings close to twenty years of transactional experience across corporate and capital markets work. She is a commercially minded practitioner who is comfortable on complex, high-value deals, and is valued by clients for advice that is both sharp and practical.

Her practice spans prospectus preparation, shareholder circulars and exchange announcements, and compliance due diligence for Securities Commission and Bursa Malaysia submissions, alongside mergers and acquisitions and non-contentious court applications such as capital reductions. She also handles corporate and retail banking work and conveyancing.

Ee Leng began her career in the IT and hospitality industry, gaining early working experience across Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan, where her work included drafting commercial agreements in Mandarin. That regional grounding, and her command of the language, continue to shape how she approaches cross-border and China-facing transactions today.
