Ee Leng commenced her career in the IT and hospitality industry. Ee Leng gained invaluable exposure and working experience in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan. Her experience there included drafting of commercial agreements in Mandarin.

Her practice spans corporate and capital markets work, including prospectus preparation, shareholder circulars and exchange announcements, compliance due diligence for SC and Bursa submissions, M&A, and non-contentious court applications such as capital reductions. She also handles corporate and retail banking work and conveyancing transactions.
