Fiona has extensive experience in all types of commercial property matters including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and ongoing management issues. Fiona also has experience acting for lenders in respect of residential developments and provides corporate support on property aspects of business acquisitions. Fiona has acted for a range of clients including companies, investors, lenders, pension funds, as well as private individuals.

Fiona trained at a leading global law firm in London which included a six month secondment with one of the firm’s key clients before qualifying as a Solicitor and joining the firm’s real estate team in 2014. Fiona then moved to a firm of real estate specialist lawyers in the West End before joining TWM in September 2024.

Fiona graduated from Warwick University with a BA (Hons) in English Literature before completing both the Postgraduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course with distinction at the University of Law in Guildford.
