Senior Associate

Thamolwan is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Litigation of Rajah & Tann (Thailand) Limited.

She advises and represents domestic and international clients, particularly Japanese and multinational companies, on employment, commercial disputes, regulatory compliance, and consumer protection matters.

Her employment and labour law practice includes advising on Thai labour law compliance, workforce reorganisations, terminations, changes to employment conditions, and retirement issues, as well as representing clients in labour court proceedings and preparing employment documentation. Thamolwan also handles commercial litigation arising from distributorship, commission, service, and employment agreements, and has acted in high-profile consumer protection and product liability disputes for leading automotive companies.

In addition, she has substantial experience in regulatory compliance and investigations, including internal investigations, compliance frameworks, and training, and has assisted clients in significant tax disputes before the Thai courts, including at the Supreme Court level.
