Andrea E. Katipunan became a partner of C&G Law in October 2020. She is a key member of the firm’s Energy, Construction & Infrastructure Sectors Group and Corporate & Commercial Group.

Andrea’s practice areas include energy, construction, infrastructure, foreign investments, mergers & acquisitions, competition and antitrust, and corporate services,.

Andrea also has experience working abroad. In 2017, Andrea was seconded to the Competition and Trade department of Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP. In 2019, as part of a team of post-graduate students from the Master of Business Administration program of Instituto de Empresa, Andrea worked in South Africa for a socially oriented enterprise.

She was named as an Up and Coming Lawyer by Chambers Asia-Pacific (2023-2024), who noted that a client has commented that she is “well equipped to handle energy sector corporate/M&A matters”. The Legal 500 has also attested that Andrea “has significant experience in complex energy deals and regulatory matters”.
