Karan Batura is a Partner at Dhir & Dhir Associates with over 15 years of experience in handling complex commercial litigation matters. He is a qualified Advocate-on-Record with the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, and specializes in matters across India involving contractual disputes, banking & finance, insolvency, civil, and arbitration disputes.

In addition to being involved in several major litigation matters, Karan is also proficient in handling Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) cases.
