Advocate (Legal Assistant)

Norman's primary area of practice is in:

• • Conveyancing matters including sale and purchase, residential and commercial sublease/tenancy, public tender sales, development agreements on real estate, and housing development projects (landed and strata);
  • Banking matters including preparing loan security documentation for conventional and Islamic retail financing and corporate loans, as well as assisting on development bank facilities;
  • Estate matters including drafting of Wills, applying for grant of Probate and Letters of Administration and assisting with distribution of estates;
  • Corporate matters including legal due diligence exercises.

Additionally, Norman also assists with the firm’s in-house legal technology management and compliance.
