Yap Han Boon maintains a property practice covering development, real estate and property management, financing and landlord and tenant work. He is in charge of the firm’s management and administration.

He is also a legal adviser to The Chung Hua Middle School No. 1 Alumni Association Kuching since its foundation in 1990.
