Jill is a Partner and leads our Professional Discipline & Clinical Defence team.

She is recognised by both Chambers UK and The Legal 500 UK.

Jill represents clinicians, pharmacists and optometrists in civil claims involving allegations of clinical negligence at the pre-litigation stage and in actions litigated in the Court of Session and sheriff courts.

She appears at Fatal Accident Inquiries on behalf of clinicians where the deceased has received medical treatment prior to death.

Jill also represents professionals and students in fitness to practise proceedings brought by their professional regulator.
