Audrey is a Senior Associate in our Residential Property team with over 20 years of experience in helping clients with all aspects of property matters and all types of property, from family homes, to country houses and castles.

Audrey specialises in house sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of title, discharges and also advises on executry conveyancing, property transfers as a result of separation and divorce, and purchases by Non UK residents for their children studying in Scotland.

While she acts primarily for private individuals, Audrey also counts many landlords and investors as clients, acting on their behalf in HMO and Buy to Let purchases and sales.

Audrey has  extensive knowledge of local property markets and a strong network of local contacts, enabling  her to offer a swift and efficient service.
