Angus is a Partner in our Property and Professional Liability team in Glasgow.

He has over 25 years of litigation experience within the UK and is dual qualified, practising in both Scotland and England.

He is also a practising mediator with ADR Group, Scottish Mediation and the Strathclyde Mediation Clinic.

Angus specialises in dispute resolution and provides advice to insurers and commercial clients in respect of litigated matters, mediation and negotiation.

He has extensive litigation expertise covering: product liability claims, construction and engineering property damage claims, contractual disputes, oil and gas claims, transport claims, policy coverage/determination, injunctive relief, environmental claims, business interruption claims, and cross-border litigation in European and North American jurisdictions.

Angus has been noted in the leading legal directories for several years as a key individual.
