Angus is a Partner in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team.

The core of Angus’ work is commercial litigation with a focus on contractual disputes, corporate and company law, restructuring and insolvency, commercial real estate, banking and energy.

Angus is praised for his clear analysis, robust advice and commercial approach to disputes.  He also has experience working in-house for two major U.K. plcs – Aberdeen Standard and Lloyds Banking Group.  As a result, he is acutely aware of the internal requirements of large commercial clients and works collaboratively with them to ensure that advise is tailored to their individual needs.
