Career

Anisa qualified as a Solicitor in February 2025.

Known for her dedication to client success and a meticulous approach to assisting on cases, she has built a reputation for her strong negotiation skills and practical, solution-focused mind set, having won LawNet Trainee of the Year 2023/24 in November 2023.

With a background in Court of Protection, Trusts, and Attorney Matters, coupled with a Masters in Legal Practice from BPP University, Anisa brings both insight and empathy to my work, assisting clients in handling disputes effectively.

Anisa joined TSP in August 2021 with a commitment to upholding the firm’s core values of integrity, professionalism, and client-first service. She is dedicated to ensuring that clients feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout every stage of the legal process. Anisa played a key role in creating and leading the TSP Trainees Support Programme, a trainee-led charity initiative that aims to nurture vital soft skills for a career in law while also making a positive impact on the wider community.

Outside of work, Anisa is actively involved in charity and community efforts, serving as Vice Chair on the Trustee Board of a local Women’s Aid Charity and as a member of the committee for the Suffolk and North Essex Law Society Junior Lawyers Division. She is passionate about Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity, which further enriches my approach to my work at TSP. Additionally, Anisa is a Colchester Community Volunteer, Dementia Friend and have previously sat on the board of the Dementia Action Alliance (Colchester) as a representative for TSP.
