Rebecca qualified as a Solicitor in August 2020 and joined Thompson Smith and Puxon’s Corporate and Commercial team in May 2025.

She has experience in dealing with a variety of company and commercial matters, often in the context of large-scale business services across multiple regions. Rebecca also deals with international matters such as managing cross-border regulatory, logistical, and cultural considerations and ensuring regulatory compliance across international markets as well as advising on brand expansion, franchising and partnerships.
